EZ-FIT Compression fittings

Compression fittings for Multi-Layer composite pipe

EZ Fittings comine the positive feature of high reliability with a simple installation technique that does not require any special tools. The permanent pipe joint is achieved by compression i.e tightening of the nut against the tapered split ring. The profiles of the two pieces are designed to cause a progressive shrinkage of the split ring and to distribute the compression forces across the contact surface. A seal housing has been designed with a special slip-proof profile called O-Rings that come into direct contact with the pipe.

EZ Fittings are made from high quality engineering plastic using advance injection moulding that makes it extremely reliable and reluctant to leakages. The fittings are rigid and lightweight at the same time.

The simplicity and economic aspect of this system is based on the use of spanners, standardised threads, which make it possible to connect with any system.

Installation Guide

Learn the proper way to install Jindal MLC Pipes by watching a quick video linked below. When installed correctly there is zero chance of leakages and you will have a piping system that will last you over 50 years.

RAW MATERIALS

At Jindal MLC Pipes we use the highest quality raw material available on the market, importing from countries like Belgium & Israel.

  • Nylon is one of the most widely used plastics because of its extreme strength, wear resistance and self lubricating properties. Nylons are also known to have high impact resistance, high operating temperature and are light weight. Nylon is commonly used as a replacement for bronze, brass, aluminium, steel and other metals. The glass reinforcement gives the material higher compressive strength and rigidity, as well as imporved frictional characteristics.

  • Transparency, excellent toughness, thermal stability and a very good dimensional stability make Polycarbonate (PC) one of the most widely used engineering thermoplastics. The material is amorphous (thereby displaying excellent mechanical properties and high dimensional stability), is thermally resistant up to 135°C and rated as slow burning. Special flame retardant grades exist which pass several severe flammability tests.

  • Brass is a non-ferrous, red metal and an alloy that is composed of copper and zinc. The proportions of copper and zinc can be varied in order to achieve different desired mechanical and electrical properties. Brass contains atoms of the two constituent elements that may replace each other within a single crystalline structure, and hence is referred to as a substitutional alloy.
